Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes what you agree to by continuing to use our products or services.
- Deposit: The Client agrees to pay a deposit to the Niche Speak as a condition for initiating work or securing services. The specific deposit amount will be communicated to the Client in writing and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.
- Non-Refundable Nature: The deposit paid by the Client is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
a. Cancellation: If the Client chooses to cancel the project or services after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded.
b. Termination: If Niche Speak terminates the agreement due to the Client’s breach of contract or failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined, the deposit will not be refunded.
c. Change of Mind: If the Client changes their mind, alters project requirements, or decides not to proceed with the work after the deposit has been made, the deposit will not be refunded.
d. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond Niche Speak’s control that prevent the completion of the work or services, the deposit will not be refunded. - Application of Deposit: The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the project or services.
- Written Notice: In the event of cancellation or termination, the Client must provide written notice to the Niche Speak. Such notice shall be sent via certified mail, email, or any other method that provides verifiable proof of delivery.
- Severability: If any provision of this No-Refund Policy for Deposits Clause is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified or eliminated to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By making the deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this No-Refund Policy for Deposits Clause.
